The ShardElow's and the ShardAlow's are from the same line, its just a spelling (mistake).

We've traced the family back to the 12th century (there's a couple of generational links that are maybe only 70% sure). But we have been unable to link a group of ShardElows (more recently residing in South Wales) because of this missing link. John lived in Thelveton and Hannah in Dickleburgh one mile away and there were several other Sharde/alows in Dickleburgh.

Any help solving this mystery would be most appreciated. I had thought his parents to be John Shardelow and Anne Hillwell but I think their son John died 4-6 weeks old.
